I was born in 1971 and since 1991 I have worked passionately as a fitness trainer. After my graduation as a biologist, I finished my study "Master of Fitness and Rehabilitation" in 2001. Since this time I got the great chances to expand my knowledge from the school through a variety of different job opportunities:

• Personal Coach in international sports resorts (ROBINSON).
• Collaboration with physical therapists, chiropractors and physicians.
• Trainer / Manager in several Gyms and sport facilities

My clients gave me the challenge of expanding my knowledge by researching ways to fix their issues.
